We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@somague.com.br.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Upon delivery of the Products, you must examine them promptly. If any of the products ordered have been damaged during transport, have been shipped incorrectly or are defective due to faulty material or factory workmanship, you must notify us in writing by emailing us at contact@somague.com.br within 30 days from the date of delivery of the relevant Products.

Please note: you will be deemed to have accepted such Products if you do not notify us within this period.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions

Items returned without authorisation will not be accepted.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in the same condition as you received them, unused or unworn, labelled and in their original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information.

Non-returnable items:

Promotional items or gift cards are non-refundable. Damages/losses caused by customers are non-refundable.

3. General Returns Process

Initiate a return:

Please send us an e-mail to contact@somague.com.br with photos and/or videos of the items and tell us your order number.
Our customer service team will determine the eligibility of your return request within 3 working days.

Send the item back:

If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions on how and where to send your parcel.
Please note: Items returned without authorisation will not be accepted. We recommend that you send your return/exchange by a shipping method that provides tracking and signature information, as we will not be responsible for lost returns/exchanges.

4. Return Rate

If the return is due to our problems (such as incorrect products or product quality issues), we will provide you with a full refund;

The buyer must pay the freight if the return is due to problems on the part of the buyer (such as: not liking/not wanting the item or having ordered the wrong product/size).

A 20% restocking fee will be charged if you return for the following reasons: don't want/need/like, ordered the wrong product/size.

Damage and problems Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exchanges The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. Order Cancellations

We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment has been completed and the package has not been sent, you can cancel your order before the item is delivered. And we will refund your money in full. Orders cannot be cancelled once the package has been sent.

6.Refunds

Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for the return to be processed. We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and register the refund as well.

If you paid by credit or debit card, we will process a refund to the same card originally used to place and pay for the order as soon as we receive your return. Please allow approximately 5-7 working days for the credit to be returned to your original payment method.

If you paid using PayPal, we will process a refund to your PayPal account originally used to place and pay for the order as soon as we receive your return. Please allow approximately 1-3 working days for the credit to be returned to your original payment method.
