Do you have retail shops or showrooms?
At the moment, we only operate as an online e-commerce company. Just place an order and we'll deliver your orders directly to your home.
What is your guarantee? I've never shopped online before.
1-Somague is guaranteed to be safe and secure. We've even been verified by Norton Security, so we're 100% safe. By now, we've served millions of customers worldwide.
2-After placing your order, you can always check the status of the order on our website. Once it has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. All our express delivery companies, such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, are reputable all over the world.
3-With the tracking number, you can check where your orders are.
4-If you have any other concerns, you can easily contact us. There's nothing to lose; if you're not satisfied, we'll even refund you!
How can I find the latest products on the site?
You can choose NEW to find the latest products. For other types of items, simply select the elements you prefer and the site will present you with several options.
Will you replenish the items that are out of stock?
We apologise for the inconvenience caused. If the item is ‘out of stock’, we suggest you check the website within two weeks in case it is restocked. However, if it is not restocked within a few weeks, it will be removed from our site.
Ordering
Is there a limit or a minimum on the quantity I can buy?
Absolutely no limits. You can order as much as you like - any number of items at any price and at any time.
Can I change the size/colour/delivery address after paying?
Yes, you can. This includes changing the sizes or colour of an item, removing an item and changing your delivery address. Please contact our Customer Service Team by email. Please note that we can help you modify your order BEFORE it is dispatched. Once your parcel has been dispatched, we cannot change anything.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can. If you haven't received the dispatch notification, please contact our customer service by email. Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders that have been dispatched. Therefore, please wait for your parcel to arrive and you can either keep it or contact us for a refund. DO NOT refuse delivery, as the undelivered parcel will be destroyed by third party logistics.
Why hasn't my order been dispatched yet?
We usually take 3 to 5 working days to prepare your order, as a perfect product needs a reasonable preparation period.Rest assured that as soon as your order is finalised, we will arrange shipment immediately and send you a confirmation email with the tracking number. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail by the estimated dispatch date, please contact us.
How do I know if my order has been dispatched?
When your order is dispatched, you'll automatically receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number. That's very convenient! So sit back and relax until you have your orders in hand! You can also check the order status information in My Account. Log in to My Account and click on ORDERS, the order status will be displayed here.
Coupons
How do I get and use a voucher?
Hi, if you're new to our site, you can also leave your email address in the pop-up window to receive a beginner's discount coupon on your first order, and subsequent offers will be sent to your email address, and you can get a discount on your order by entering the coupon code at checkout. If you don't like it, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
Why isn't my coupon code being applied?
Firstly, check that the coupon code has already been added successfully. Also, make sure that the coupon code has not expired.
Payment
Is it safe to order from Somague?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will be applied and added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year round, so keep an eye out for exclusive offers.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We offer credit and debit cards, as well as many local payments in different countries. For detailed information on the payment method, see Payment Method. We plan to add more payment options at a later date for your convenience.
Is COD available?
Sorry, we don't support COD at the moment.
My payment is not processed!
If you're having trouble paying, we have a few tips that usually work:I couldn't pay with my credit or debit card?
1. Check that all the information is correct, including the credit card number, expiry date, CVV code and billing address.
2. Make sure you have enough credit or balance in your account.
3. Check that your card's authorised or standard online transaction limit is too low.
4. Try refreshing the page or logging out completely and then logging in again.
5. Start again with a new order instead of trying to pay for the same order again.
6. If payment is still refused, you may need to contact your bank. As standard with all credit card banks, as part of security they block international transactions/payments. Unless the cardholder asks for their secure method to be unblocked.
7. Try using a different card.

Which countries or regions do you ship to?
We can deliver to Worldwide but some remote areas may not be able to be delivered to.
How can I find out the estimated delivery date?
Handling time: 3 to 5 working days. This is the time between when the customer places the order and when the seller delivers the order to the delivery service.Transit time: 7 to 14 working days. This is the time elapsed between the moment the seller hands the order over to the courier and its delivery to the customer's address. Dispatch time is estimated and starts from the dispatch date, not the order date, and may take longer than the estimated date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
Do I have to pay additional tax on my order during delivery?
There will be no further charges once you have successfully placed your order. In some cases, there may be VAT or other taxes, customs duties or fees charged by the destination country. However, based on our experience, this situation is very rare. If you receive a tax notice from customs, pay the tax first and then contact our customer service with the payment receipt and we will refund the tax.
Why was my order sent separately?
As our warehouses are in different locations, we prioritise shipping from the warehouse with the largest stock, so some products may be shipped separately.
Why hasn't my package status been updated for several days?
If your order has just been dispatched, please allow 3 to 5 working days for updated tracking information. If your order is already in transit and has not been updated for several days, it will usually be updated until the parcel arrives at the next dispatch station (this can take 3 to 7 working days). Please wait patiently. If you still have questions about the dispatch of your order, please email our customer service. We'll help you check the status of your parcel.

What should I do if I don't receive a confirmation e-mail?
Normally, the confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you used to place the order. If you haven't received a confirmation e-mail about your order, you may have registered your e-mail address incorrectly or the e-mail may be in your spam folder.Check again or have a look in your Spam/Promotions/Updates box and junk mail folders. You can log in to your Somague account and click on the ‘My orders’ button to view your orders.
What's good about registering an account?
By registering an account at Somague, you will have an easier and more convenient shopping experience. You can:
1. View order details and progress on the order page
2. Items will be saved in your basket until you purchase or remove them
3. Save as many addresses as you need
Where can I find my orders?
It's that easy! Simply log in to your account and click on My Orders. All order statuses will be displayed here.
How do I unsubscribe from your e-mail?
You can unsubscribe directly at the bottom of the newsletter email you receive. If that doesn't work, simply contact us and our customer service will help you unsubscribe within 24 hours.
Returns and Refunds
How do I return or exchange an item?

What should I do if I receive a faulty, wrong or stained item?
If you have received a faulty, wrong or stained item, please email us before returning anything so that we can process the return and provide information for the return.When emailing us, please provide a description of the item, the item code and some photos to prove the problem.
How long does it take to get a refund or exchange?
Please allow approximately 1 to 2 weeks for the return to be processed. We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded using the original payment method. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and publish the refund.If you paid by credit or debit card, we will process the refund on the same card originally used to place and pay for the order as soon as we receive the return. Please allow approximately 5-10 working days for the credit to be made to your original form of payment.If you paid using Apple Pay, we will process the refund to your Apple Pay account originally used to place and pay for the order as soon as we receive your return. Please allow approximately 1 to 3 working days for the credit to be credited to your original form of payment.
What should I do if my refund is incorrect?
We're very sorry if we made a mistake with your refund! Please contact our Customer Service and we will try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
