Although you can display prices in different currencies, we will process orders in US dollars by default.

Generally, orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days of order/payment confirmation. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays may be delayed. Our warehouse only operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on public holidays. In such cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.

Approximately 7-14 working days. The daily cut-off time for orders is 5pm (PST). After this time, we will not process orders received on the same day. Delivery time is usually only 10-19 working days. Delivery time may be delayed due to unexpected situations such as customs inspection, severe weather conditions, strikes, etc. Our products are delivered via UPS, USPS and FedEx.

 As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you an e-mail notification.

  • If your order is already in transit but hasn't been updated for several days, it will usually be updated until the parcel arrives at the next shipping station (it may take 3-7 working days). Please wait for updates.

6.Order Cancellations

All orders placed on our site can be cancelled before they are dispatched. If you contact us in time, we will refund the full payment to your payment method.

However, for orders that are already in transit or have been processed, we regret that we cannot cancel these orders.

7.About Taxes

There will be no further charges once you have successfully placed your order. In some cases, there may be VAT or other taxes, customs duties or fees charged by the destination country. However, based on our experience, this situation is very rare.

If you receive a tax notification from customs, please pay the tax first and then contact our customer service at contact@somague.com.br with the payment receipt, and we will refund the tax to you.
